Epping Netwalking Social Night Hike
Perfect for solo walkers and beginners
Join us for a relaxed 5km Netwalking Hike in Epping, designed to bring people together through fresh air, conversation, and shared time outdoors.
This is a great opportunity to meet new people, build connections, and enjoy a more natural kind of networking whilst walking through beautiful surroundings at an easy, social pace. Whether you’re self-employed, growing a business, looking to expand your circle, or simply fancy meeting like-minded people, this hike offers a welcoming and low-pressure environment to do just that.
Walking side by side often makes conversation feel easier, and this event is all about creating space for genuine connection without the formality of a traditional networking setting. We’ll also be heading for drinks and food afterwards, so there’s plenty of opportunity to carry on the conversation once the walk is done.
⚠️ Important: You must bring a torch or headtorch as most of the route will be in darkness.

"Jacks hikes are very well organised and enjoyable. I have really enjoyed the several I’ve done already and can’t wait for the next one." Katie - Jun25
"I had a great evening at the Essex Adventures night hiking and local business networking event. It was a really refreshing way to meet people. Instead of the usual formal networking setting, we were out in the countryside, enjoying the fresh air, a bit of mud and the occasional boggy patch along the way. The walk finished with a visit to the Theydon Oak, which was a perfect place to warm up and continue the conversations. It was a great opportunity to chat properly with people without everyone staring at their mobile phones, which made the whole experience feel much more relaxed and genuine. A big thank you to Jake for arranging the event. Really well organised and a brilliant idea for bringing local businesses together in a different environment. Looking forward to the next one." Matthew, March 26
"It was a lovely walk with nice people. Would highly recommend and will definitely make it a regular experience" Leza, Sep25
