5km -Perfect for solo walkers and beginners

Join us for a fun-filled summer evening of walking, great company and karaoke!

Following a fantastic response to our first London hike & Karaoke event, we're bringing it back for another round.

It's a little different from our usual hikes, combining a relaxed social walk through the heart of London with a fun evening of karaoke, great company and plenty of laughs along the way.

We'll start with a 5km walk taking in some of London's most iconic sights around the Tower of London and the River Thames before heading to Be @One Spitalfields for karaoke.

Is this event for me?

This is a Social Level event designed to be relaxed, welcoming and all about having a good time.

Perfect if:

• You're new to hiking or looking for something easy and social

• You enjoy meeting new people and trying something a little different

• You're happy taking centre stage... or watching everyone else do it

• You enjoy a good laugh and don't take yourself too seriously

Whether you're stepping up to the mic or simply enjoying the entertainment, this event is all about having fun and meeting great people.

Coming on your own?

Absolutely, most people do.

The walk is designed to be relaxed and sociable, giving everyone plenty of opportunity to chat and get to know each other along the way.

By the time we reach the karaoke venue, you'll already feel part of the group, whether you're singing, cheering people on or simply enjoying the atmosphere.

Everyone was a first-timer once.

The Need-to-Knows

Start Location: Dirty Martini - Liverpool Street

Meeting Time: 5:30pm if you would like to grab a drink before the walk.

Walk Starts: 6:00pm prompt start

Important: The group will leave promptly at 6:00pm and unfortunately cannot wait for late arrivals.

Difficulty: Social / Easy

Duration: Approximately 1–1.5 hours Hike then 2-3 hours karaoke

Prompt Start

We aim to start all of our hikes on time, so please arrive before the advertised start time. This gives everyone a chance to check in, meet the group and ensures we can get underway promptly.

What's Included?

• Guided social walk led by the Essex Adventures team

• Entry to the karaoke event at Be At One Spitalfields

• Full support throughout the event

• Access to the community and dedicated event group

What Do I Need To Bring?

• Comfortable walking shoes

• Weather-appropriate clothing

• Water

• ID if you plan on purchasing alcoholic drinks

• A bank card or payment method for drinks

• Your favourite karaoke song (or the confidence to make one up on the spot)

To keep the group friendly and manageable, spaces are limited.
